Tandem skydiving is not a skydiving course. It is just a jump with practically no preliminary stages or training (5-10 minutes) and the only thing the passenger must do is to become acquainted with the activity and enjoy freefall. This is the reason why this is the fastest and easiest way to skydive, since the jump is not under the student’s control; conversely, the instructor, who has made thousands of jumps, controls everything.
The first thing you must do to enjoy your tandem skydiving jump is to buy the activity ticket. This can be done in three different ways:
- Through our online store; here you may choose between 3 different purchase options.
- Online purchase: you pay the full amount of the jump. In the case of the jump + video report and photos, you also benefit from a direct discount of € 10 on the price in effect on the day of purchase., as well as any other applicable discounts like student discounts, birthday discounts, weekdays discounts or group discounts (these discounts are not cumulative).
- PRE-booking:: you make an advanced payment of 30€ per individual, and the remaining amount of the jump price is paid at the dropzone on the jump date. In this payment method, the online discount for the Tandem product + video + photos is not applied. On the jump date, you will pay at our office the rates in force at the activity date.
- Promotions:: you may purchase your jump ticket and benefit from special discounts for groups at our promotions section.
Any tickets purchased through the website, irrespective of the method of payment, are valid for one year from the purchase date.
- By phone: if you call the dropzone at the number +34 669 273 254 or +34 925 170 704, we will ask you the number of the credit card where the charge will be made, on the basis of the number of individuals.
- You may directly pay your jump at the office of the skydiving centre, the day you come for your jump.
REMEMBER! If you choose to pay by phone, or directly at the skydiving centre, the rates applied will be those in force at the centre on the jump date (irrespective of the booking date).
Our schedule of activities changes according to the season:
– Winter: Thursdays through Sundays
– Rest of the year: Mondays through Sundays; we close on Tuesdays
We are open all national holidays (except on 25th December and 1st January). Therefore, you simply have to choose the date and book the jump through any of the different methods:
- With jump ticket:: if you have purchased your jump ticket through the skydive Lillo web site you must book online at www.skydivelillo.com/en/book-your-tandem/ using your ticket number. Select the jump date on the calendar, choose the time of arrival and the number of individuals who are going to jump. Enter your information and you will receive a confirmation email.
Once you receive the confirmation email, everything will be OK and you just have to go to the centre on the date and at the time assigned. Should we detect any mistake, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department.
- By phone or email:: if you have no jump ticket or you have a voucher from any agency, you may book by calling at +34 669 273 254 | +34 925 170 704 or by email to info@skydivelillo.com. We will ask you the date, the time of arrival and the number of jumpers; in the case of vouchers purchased at any agency, have the name and the booking reference available for making the booking, and take them with you on the jump date.
In all cases, the time chosen is the time you are expected to arrive at the centre, and NOT THE JUMP TIME. Once the check-in formalities have been completed, the activity generally lasts approximately between 2 and 4 hours. However, these references to the time and duration of the activity are exclusively for information purposes, and have no binding nature at all.
The tandem jump may be cancelled for any of the following two reasons:
- Personal circumstances of the client: If you have booked a date and time for your jump, and you wish to make any change, please notify it to the centre as soon as possible; you may do it by phone, calling at +34 669 273 254 | +34 925 170 704 or by e-mail at info@skydivelillo.com.
If you wish to cancel or postpone your booking, it is absolutely necessary to notify it to the skydiving centre at least 24 hours in advance..
If you wish to cancel your booking and claim a refund, please remember that you must meet the conditions concerning the purchase and refund terms and conditions established in the after-sales section.
- For reasons attributable to the dropzone:: The jump may not be carried out if it is raining, very cloudy or with strong winds, among other weather conditions that can only be determined on the activity date; consequently, we do not know, and we cannot guarantee beforehand if the activity may be carried out.
Safety is a critical issue in skydiving. If for any reason, either of a meteorological nature or otherwise, and in the sole opinion of the instructors, it is considered advisable to suspend the activity, the activity shall be directly suspended.
In this case, those persons who have booked a tandem jump may choose to select a new date on which there are vacant places available, and provided that they are valid for their tickets or subscriptions. If they so wish, they may choose to request a refund, provided that the relevant requirements are met.
In both cases, the client waives any compensation whatsoever concerning any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred. The priority for Skydive Lillo is the safety of our activities and those of our visitors.

Wear comfortable clothes: shorts and a T-shirt in summer. Long sleeves, fleece jacket, gloves and long trousers in winter. Too tight-fitting or non-flexible clothing may be a nuisance during the ascent with the aircraft or when the harness has been adjusted. Canvas sneakers are perfect. Loafers, shoes with no shoelaces or with high heel, or boots are not recommended.
If you wish to full enjoy your jump, it is advisable you get enough sleep the night before the jump and avoid being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We recommend to have breakfast or lunch as usual before the activity, but avoiding hard meals.
At your arrival to the skydiving centre, you must go directly to the office to check-in all the jumpers. If you have purchased your jump online at our website at discount price, you must show the supporting documentation which evidences that you are eligible for such discount:
- Student discount: Student identification card o school registration documents for that year.
- Birthday discount: Original ID Card – the discount only applies if the jump is made on the birthday date.
- SPECIAL VOUCHER Discount: you must deliver the voucher at the office to confirm the discount of the purchased product.
If the required documents are not shown, or in case that any requirements established for the application of the discounts have not been complied with, the client shall lose the discount and must pay at the office, upon checking-in, the amount discounted when the product was acquired.
Please have the booking details and/or purchase order number on hand. If you have an Agency Voucher, it will be necessary to provide the Booking Reference and/or the physical voucher so that the purchase order may be validated.
If you are under age, remember that you must arrive accompanied by one of your parents or legal guardian, who will sign the registration sheet on site, including the authorisation to jump. They must show the original ID or Passport Card, attaching a photocopy.
The booking Time is not the time of the Jump, but the time at which we expect your arrival at the skydiving dropzone. Consequently, in normal conditions, the activity lasts between 2 and 4 hours, from the time you complete the check-in at the office until you are ready to leave.
You must take into account that skydiving is an outdoors activity, and consequently, it is subject to weather conditions. As a result of these conditions, or due to organisational reasons related to the dropzone, the schedule may experience changes, that may be significant.
The consumption of alcohol is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN before the jump.
The information screens installed at the hangar will tell you your flight number, the instructor which has been assigned to you and the approximate waiting time for the jump.
20 -15 minutes before boarding the plane, the instructor will kit you in a jumpsuit, harness, helmet and goggles. He will also give you basic instructions for the jump; he will explain what you should do when exit from the plane, during the free fall and when landing.
This instructions will suffice to carry out the activity, since tandem jumps do not require further preparation, as the instructor is in charge of everything. You only have to follow the 3 basic indications received and enjoy.
All the activities are developed within the boundaries of the air field, and the accompanying persons may follow up the passenger from the takeoff to landing, which is carried out (in normal conditions) within the grassy area.
After the jump, passengers must deliver the material at the hangar or to the instructor who accompanied them during the jump. The activity ends at this time, and they may either go or relax themselves. The waiting area has a bar where you can take anything to celebrate it, if you wish.
If you have hired the services of a cameraman for the video or photographic reports, such report will be delivered to the client within a maximum term of 45 minutes after the jump. The object of the recording is the freefall period. We cannot guarantee that other moments of the jump or its preparation are recorded.
In case of any malfunction or incident with the cameraflyer work which prevents the appropriate recording of the coverage, the client will be entitled to the refund of the price of the report, but the amount paid for the jump will not be refunded in any case.
Any claim should be filed within a maximum term of 30 days after the delivery of the material.
In case that the complete video and photo package has been hired, and there is any incident which affects any of them, only one report will be charged, and the amount of the difference paid for the defective product will be returned.

Skydive Lillo follows the recommendations concerning consumers rights, and consequently, if you have made any purchase at our centre, you will be entitled to cancel it and recover the amount paid, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All the purchases made at the www.skydivelillo.com website enjoy a voluntary return period of 14 days from the purchase date, irrespective of the reasons. The amount paid will be preferably be refunded through the same method of payment, within a maximum term of one month from the date it was requested.
To obtain the refund, you must contact the centre before the end of the 14-day period and request the cancellation. After a period of 14 days from the date on which the product was purchased, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
- The purchases made by phone at our centre follow the same protocol, and the applicable period will be 14 days from the date on which the card was charged or the relevant deposit was made.
AGENCIES
Those clients who have an Agency Voucher,must request the refund directly to the company whom they purchased the jump. Skydive Lillo will not carry out any FORMALITIES in this regard, and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for the refund conditions, methods and terms implemented by the agencies.All tandem products purchased at our website are valid for a period of 12 months after the date of purchase.
If for any reason or circumstance, the user cannot or does not wish to use the voucher within the validity period, they will be offered the possibility of extending the validity of the ticket for successive periods of 3 months, starting on the expiry date of the voucher, subject to the payment of an amount of 30€ per each ticket to be extended.
Clients may request as many extensions as they wish, provided that the request is made before the stated expiry date.
Expired tickets may not be used, irrespective of the circumstances that prevented to carry out the activity, and their duration cannot be extended.
- All the purchases made at the www.skydivelillo.com website enjoy a voluntary return period of 14 days from the purchase date, irrespective of the reasons. The amount paid will be preferably be refunded through the same method of payment, within a maximum term of one month from the date it was requested.
