In order to do a tandem jump you need to have made a reservation calling any of the following phone numbers: 902 366 209, 649 999 310 or 925 170 704. Once the reservation date is set, a reservation fee of €30 per person is required. This payment can be done by credit card (at the same time with the reservation) or by bank transfer to the account number 2100 3667 91 2200021689 open at La Caixa, account holder: Club Compluto S.L,
The reservation only gives you priority on the day you chose, and in no circumstances does it hold any contractual obligations regarding date, time or the price of the tandem skydive. The price of the tandem skydive is the price valid the day of the payment.
In case of paying the reservation fee by bank transfer, it should contain the reservation number or the name of the person making the reservation in order that we activate the reservation as soon as the transfer is finalized and visible in our bank account. In this way there is no need to send the confirmation of payment in advance, but it is necessary to bring the confirmation to the Skydiving Center on the day of the jump.
As the reservation is not final until the reservation fee is paid, our advice is to make the bank transfer as soon as possible, the latest one day after making the booking otherwise it is possible that other person or group pay the reservation fee for jumping on the same day and at the same time and even though you have made the booking, there are no slots available for the date and hour you chose (in this case you can choose to change the reservation date or to have refunded the reservation fee).
The reservation fee will be lost in case of not showing up (for whatever reason).
Once the reservation fee paid, for changing the date of the booking it is necessary that you inform Skydive Lillo as much in advance as possible. Any reservation canceling needs to be done at least 24h before the time of the reservation otherwise the reservation fee will be lost.
If the tandem skydive will not take place on the day of the reservation (for weather reasons or because the booking was changed) there is a time frame of maximum three months to reschedule the jump or request the refund of the reservation fee. Once the three months elapsed the reservation fee is lost.
The instructors can decide to suspend the activity for security reasons, meteorological or of any other nature. In this case, the persons having booked a tandem skydive can change the date of the reservation (upon availability and in the 3-months time frame) or can choose to have the reservation fee refunded, without any kind of request for compensating the travel, accommodation or any other expenses. For Skydive Lillo the priority is the safety of the operation and that of our customers. |

The tandem skydive is not a skydiving course. It is simply a jump that does not require any previous preparation or training (only 5-10 minutes) and the only requirement being that the passenger knows the activity and enjoys the freefall.
For the tandem jump the passenger needs to be at least 16 years old (with written authorization from the legal guardian in case of minors). The passenger's weight will not be over 100kg and passengers weighing more than 90kg can jump only in specific wind conditions.
Before proceeding to the tandem skydive, the passenger needs to fill in a personal information form and sign a declaration of fitness to skydive and renunciation to exercising actions (see annex).
It is necessary to wear sports' footwear and comfortable clothing. In winter warm clothing and gloves are recommended.
In order to make the most of the tandem skydive, we recommend having slept enough the previous night. It is necessary not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the jump.
The time of the reservation is the time when we expect your arrival at the Skydiving Center. In general, the activity lasts for about two hours, but this time reference is orientative and not binding. Skydiving is an activity that takes place in the open air and thus is subject to meteorological conditions. Safety of the operation is a priority and for this reason as for organizational issues the schedule can be subject to changes, sometimes significant ones. |

All prices published include all taxes, are for cash payments and include a 4% discount. Credit/debit card payments lose the discount.
If you hire a videographer for the stills or video footage, the DVD will be given to you in maximum 45 minutes after the jump, stills will be given to you on a CD. The objective of the taping is the freefall. There is no guarantee that other moments of the jump or preparation will be recorded.
In case of a malfunction of the videographer that would make impossible the correct footage of the jump, the customer would be able to be given back the total amount of the payment for the footage but never the total amount of the tandem jump. All reclamations will be filed in maximum 30 days from the day the DVD and/or CD were received. |

The following declaration will have to be signed by the tandem passenger before the jump.
DECLARATION OF FITNESS TO SKYDIVE AND RENUNCIATION TO EXERCISING ACTIONS
I HEREBY DECLARE that I am physically fit, I am not under the influence of narcotics or alcohol and do not suffer from any of the following conditions, which I understand may lead to a dangerous situation with regard to other persons and myself during parachuting: pregnancy, epilepsy, fits, heart trouble, diabetes, severe and active mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction.
I DECLARE that I do not weigh more than 100 Kg and that I am not overweight in relation to my age, sex and height.
I DECLARE that I have never dislocated my shoulder, that I understand that I must lift my legs for landing in order to allow the instructor to touch the ground first and that I have not been scuba diving in the past 24 hours.
In addition to the medical conditions listed above, the following may cause difficulty whilst parachuting: recurrent fainting, giddiness or blackouts, high blood pressure, chronic bronchitis, severe asthma, rheumatic fever, pneumothorax, liver or kidney disease, thyroid, adrenal or other glandular disorder, chronic bone or joint condition, disorder of the blood, severe anemia, chronic ear or sinus disease, previous major head injury, any condition which requires the regular use of drugs. If you have ever suffered from any of these you need to seek for medical opinion.
If, because of any of the above quoted conditions, you cannot sign the declaration you must, before parachuting, obtain a medical certificate from a physician.
I DECLARE that I understand and accept the terms and conditions of the tandem skydive.
I completely assume and understand the risk involved in practicing skydiving and even knowing the high safety measures taken by SKYDIVE LILLO, I assume all and each of the risks involved in practicing this sport.
I admit and assume the range, nature and extent of the inevitable risks associated with practicing skydiving as well as the fact that practicing skydiving can lead to all kind of damage and light and/or serious injuries including death. Therefore, even knowing the diligence and the good practice of the center in putting in all efforts in order to avoid or reduce to a minimum the risks, I admit, understand and assume the existence of inevitable risks associated with all the high risk sports, risks such as, and among others, the malfunction or failure of equipment or its parts that prevent it from normal functioning, defective equipment, designed or handled carelessly or inappropriately packed, incorrect assembly of the equipment or its inadequate use or handling, on the part of users, instructors, pilots, ground staff, etc.
For all above, I hereby irrevocably and deliberately give up exercising any action or right in defense of my interests against this skydiving center or any of its employees or freelancers for property damages, injury or death, even if the above circumstances produced as a result of fault or negligence imputable to the center and/or to its employees or subcontracted entities. I also give up in the name of my legitimate heirs, members of the family or legal representatives to exercising any action aimed at compensating any damages or even my death, brought about by practicing this sport. |

The gift certificate is neither refundable nor transferable and is valid one year after purchase. If the owner of the gift certificate is – only for exceptional reason – not able to reimburse the gift certificate, he has the option to transfer the gift certificate to another person for an administration fee of 30 Eur. This transfer is only possible for 60 days after the expiration date of the gift certificate.
